As a Lead Security Engineer - Confidential Computing within the Cyber Technology & Controls team, you will serve as a core technical contributor delivering secure software solutions. The role requires implementing Confidential Computing solutions using Azure, GCP, or AWS within a financial services context. You will collaborate with stakeholders to evolve security protocols and ensure all technical solutions satisfy functional requirements while adhering to governmental regulations.

What you'll do

Develop and debug high-quality production code while performing code reviews for other team members.
Design and execute creative security solutions to prevent misuse, circumvention, and malicious behavior.
Conduct discovery, vulnerability, penetration testing, and threat scenarios on multiple organizational assets.
Execute threat modeling for internal and external applications interacting with the corporate network.
Create processes to evaluate the effectiveness of current security controls and evolve protocols based on regulations.
Recommend business modifications to stakeholders and leaders during periods of vulnerability.
Implement enterprise-level security solutions and Confidential Computing patterns across cloud platforms.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on security engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
3+ years of experience designing and implementing Confidential Computing solutions using Azure, GCP, or AWS.
Skilled in planning, designing, and implementing enterprise-level security solutions.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Experience with threat modeling, discovery, vulnerability, and penetration testing.
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.
Deep understanding of Confidential Computing methodologies and deployment patterns (preferred).
Experience effectively communicating with senior business leaders (preferred).
