What you'll do

  • Lead and mature the enterprise Responsible AI and Privacy programs to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage the compliance management framework, including program documentation, use case requirements, gap analysis, and risk monitoring.
  • Partner with technical teams to integrate safety, moderation, and privacy controls into AI platforms.
  • Design and implement AI observability practices to monitor fairness, transparency, explainability, and privacy.
  • Develop standards, playbooks, and decision trees to guide the safe scaling of AI technologies.
  • Lead training and communication activities regarding generative AI risks and privacy expectations for internal teams.
  • Manage regulatory change management for new AI laws and emerging industry codes of conduct.
  • Create metrics and dashboards to report program performance and control effectiveness to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • A four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or Product Management is required.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPP, CAIGP, or other relevant AI, ethics, or governance certifications are preferred.
  • Candidates must have 6-10 years of experience in Data Science/AI, Responsible AI, Privacy, Risk, Governance, or related technical compliance functions.
  • Experience must include direct exposure to AI governance, model lifecycle management, and privacy regulations.
  • Applicants must be recognized thought leaders in Responsible AI frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, OECD Principles, or ISO/IEC 42001.
  • Proficiency with data tools like SQL, Python, or R and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI is required.
  • Candidates must possess expertise in AI/ML systems, generative AI platforms, and third-party vendor tools.
  • Strong skills in risk assessment, control design, and cross-functional project leadership are required to manage complex compliance programs.
