What we're looking for
A four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or Product Management is required.
Professional certifications such as CIPP, CAIGP, or other relevant AI, ethics, or governance certifications are preferred.
Candidates must have 6-10 years of experience in Data Science/AI, Responsible AI, Privacy, Risk, Governance, or related technical compliance functions.
Experience must include direct exposure to AI governance, model lifecycle management, and privacy regulations.
Applicants must be recognized thought leaders in Responsible AI frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, OECD Principles, or ISO/IEC 42001.
Proficiency with data tools like SQL, Python, or R and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI is required.
Candidates must possess expertise in AI/ML systems, generative AI platforms, and third-party vendor tools.
Strong skills in risk assessment, control design, and cross-functional project leadership are required to manage complex compliance programs.
