Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Plan, design, and engineer enterprise-level infrastructure and platforms for cloud computing environments.
• Manage large projects and complex processes with limited oversight from management.
• Provide solutions to advanced technical projects and business issues using state-of-the-art knowledge.
• Coach, review, and delegate work to junior staff members.
• Influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures within the organization.
• Identify and implement new ways to improve department functions and internal processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on specific technologies and advanced technical principles.

What we're looking for

• Must have a minimum of 8 years of functional experience.
• Must have at least 5 years of position-specific experience.
• Must possess expertise in software, hardware, data structures, and communications technology across multiple platforms.
• Must be able to lead the planning, design, and engineering of enterprise-level cloud infrastructure and platforms (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS).
• May possess a four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field (preferred).
