Lead, Business Intelligence, Information Security Governance joins the Information Security Governance team to build a new business intelligence capability from the ground up. This role focuses on improving visibility into technology risk, performance, and execution by developing executive-ready insights and scalable reporting solutions. The successful candidate will design Power BI dashboards, create AI-enabled reports, develop data models, and establish metric governance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing SQL queries, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate workflows. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and Claude. Technical skills include SQL, relational database management, and data normalization. This position addresses the critical need for transparent reporting and informed decision-making within the Information Security Governance domain by transforming complex data into actionable insights regarding technology risk and operational performance.
Design and deliver executive-ready Power BI dashboards and scorecards to provide insights into technology risk and performance.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions including data models, reporting frameworks, and metric definitions.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and relational data models to ensure reliable data extraction and reporting performance.
Establish and maintain governance standards for KPIs, KRIs, and data lineage to ensure high quality and consistency.
Integrate AI tools like Copilot and Claude into analytics workflows while ensuring responsible AI practices and data security.
Automate reporting processes and improve data integration using the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced analytics capabilities.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise analytics solutions using Power BI.
Strong experience with SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and reporting performance optimization.
Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and Claude to support analytics and decision-making.
Ability to define metrics and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for diverse audiences.
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and influence skills across business and technology teams.
Demonstrated ability to apply responsible AI practices, including validation of outputs and protection of sensitive information.
Experience building executive dashboards or working in regulated financial services environments (preferred).
