What you'll do

Own and execute the end-to-end technical strategy for Digital Enablement platforms and applications.
Define and evolve solution architectures that align with enterprise standards, security, and resiliency goals.
Lead the modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native, API-driven, and event-based architectures.
Contribute production-quality code, technical designs, and prototypes for complex, high-risk initiatives.
Resolve complex technical issues, including high-severity production incidents and systemic design problems.
Establish and enforce engineering standards and best practices using an AI-first mindset.
Lead Proof of Concept efforts to validate the feasibility and scalability of new technologies.
Partner with Product Owners to validate requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in enterprise application development and large-scale system delivery.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular/TypeScript, SQL, and modern application architectures.
Expertise in APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
Experience in Finance and/or Insurance industries (preferred).
Experience with cloud-native platforms, with AWS experience preferred.
Experience in Identity and Access Management and Mobile (plus).
