What you'll do

  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards.
  • Conduct detailed inspections and testing of reworked hardware to validate functionality.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of software QA testing experience with writing test plans and issue reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in hardware rework, assembly/disassembly, and precision manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret engineering documentation such as drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
