What you'll do

Set up and maintain test boards and measurement equipment including oscilloscopes and VNAs.
Deploy automated scripts and execute high-speed signal measurements in the lab.
Troubleshoot issues observed during lab operations and document findings for escalation.
Manage calibration schedules and coordinate repairs with external vendors for lab equipment.
Support validation activities and contribute to continuous improvement of lab processes.

What we're looking for

BSEE or related engineering degree with 5+ years of lab experience
Hands-on experience with high-speed signal integrity and RF measurement equipment
Familiarity with MacOS, Linux, Windows environments, Unix/shell tools, and command-line utilities
Scripting skills beyond basic Python, including GPIB/VISA instrument control
Strong organizational, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities
Experience with optical test equipment and silicon photonics measurement techniques
Soldering and PCB rework skills
