What you'll do

  • Ensure compliance with FedRAMP security standards for cloud products and services.
  • Monitor and secure customer data within the Authorization Boundary during assigned shift.
  • Provide second-shift support from 12pm to 9pm PST, including weekend coverage as needed.
  • Collaborate on triaging and assigning cases based on available resources at any time.
  • Manage large-scale databases (RDBMS, NoSQL) for efficient data handling and security.
  • Volunteer for additional coverage during critical events outside regular work hours.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a US Citizen and physically located in the United States.
  • Experience with large-scale database management (RDBMS, NoSQL).
  • Ability to work second shift hours (12pm-9pm PST) Monday to Friday initially.
  • Willingness to transition to Wednesday to Sunday work schedule after initial period.
  • Flexibility to volunteer for coverage outside regular work days and hours as needed.
