JOB TITLE: Knowledge Management Specialist The Knowledge Management Specialist joins a team focused on organizational transformation and change advisory to improve business processes and systems. You will utilize Microsoft Teams administration, Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019, Office365, and the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate, to develop automated workflows. Additionally, you will evaluate and integrate emerging technologies like Generative AI to improve discovery and productivity. This role requires a Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree to solve systemic organizational challenges within the Army.

Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to improve knowledge discovery and productivity.
Provide clients with a holistic view of their organization to transform practices and achieve long-term goals.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience implementing Knowledge Management strategies.
Experience building, managing, and setting the direction of a Knowledge Management plan.
Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and reporting for a large organization.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office365 platforms, including administration and development.
Experience conducting stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering to identify knowledge management and business process challenges.
Experience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies, including Generative AI capabilities.
Experience leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate, to develop automated workflows.
Bachelor's degree.
