Junior Generative AI Application Developer

What you'll do

• Develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and AI-powered coding tools.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust code while adhering to strict quality standards.
• Perform extensive testing, debugging, and peer code reviews to ensure system reliability.
• Build agentic flows and integrate Generative AI models into core banking processes.
• Implement MLOps best practices and ethical AI guidelines for managing the lifecycle of AI agents.
• Develop back-end microservices, front-end web components, or mobile applications using Java, Python, or Swift.
• Manage data pipelines and real-time ingestion using tools like Kafka, Flink, or Solace.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes within a CI/CD pipeline.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline with coursework or experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Must have a graduation date between 2024 and July 2026.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Ability to perform basic algorithmic programming and demonstrate proficiency in prompt engineering and AI architecture.
• Experience in building agentic flows and building agents on the proprietary ARC platform (preferred).
• Prior experience working on agile teams in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to diverse teams.
