What you'll do

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and Demos.
Execute Continuous Flow/Kanban activities and manage sprint plans to ensure predictable delivery.
Track team metrics, progress, risks, and dependencies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve team impediments related to development, builds, operations, or processes.
Coordinate technical activities including documentation, configuration, testing, debugging, and delivery throughout the SDLC.
Support the implementation of SAFe 6 and Extreme Programming practices across the team.
Assist the team in adopting AI-assisted tools for coding, refactoring, and testing.
Promote DevSecOps concepts and tools to support cloud-based software development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of experience.
SAFe 6 Scrum Master certification.
Active Secret clearance.
Working knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies, security concepts, and cloud environments.
Understanding of software development principles, practices, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of AI-assisted coding, microservices, Terraform/Ansible, or cloud certifications (preferred); advanced SAFe 6 or DevOps certifications (preferred).
