Senior Product Associate

What you'll do

• Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Translate customer needs into a clear, prioritized product roadmap.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Anticipate and plan for upstream and downstream impacts of new features.
• Support journey mapping and market analysis to inform strategic goals.
• Analyze and track product metrics including work-to-time, cost, and quality targets.
• Use customer feedback and product metrics to continuously improve shipped features.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Experience with user experience (UX) research and design (preferred).
• Familiarity with web analytics and client feedback tools (preferred).
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams (preferred).
