Senior Associate, Product, AI

What you'll do

• Partner with financial advisors to understand workflows and identify specific areas for AI integration.
• Build agents, skills, and features for the AI assistant using AI coding tools and technology teams.
• Prototype new ideas and conduct early user testing to gather feedback for product development.
• Move prototypes into production by collaborating with technologists, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure all delivered AI capabilities align with the broader business strategy and evolving needs.
• Track usage, user feedback, and business impact following the launch of new features.
• Support the rollout, training, and communication of new capabilities across the field and home office.
• Prepare regular updates and materials regarding product progress for senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of post-MBA experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools.
• Technical aptitude and comfort working closely with engineering and technology teams.
• Ability to understand user needs and turn them into practical solutions.
• Ability to connect product decisions to business strategy.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using data and user feedback to make decisions.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services (preferred).
• Experience building or launching AI products (preferred).
• Background in consulting or digital product (preferred).
• Examples of things you’ve built, at work or on your own (preferred).
