What you'll do

Own the product backlog and drive delivery of self-directed account opening capabilities with technology partners.
Build and maintain AI-powered knowledge repositories to capture requirements history and platform documentation.
Manage a technology team through scrum ceremonies while ensuring high standards for backlog health and release planning.
Collaborate with architects to determine architectural impacts and strategic approaches for the account opening platform.
Drive prioritization using Agile methods, data-driven insights, and AI-informed analytics for sprint planning.
Translate product strategy into actionable deliverables by contributing to a multi-year product roadmap.

What we're looking for

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
7+ years of product management, product ownership, or business analyst experience with a strong analytical background.
Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI productivity tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT to accelerate delivery and build documentation.
Experience working with UX designers and software engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously while navigating high levels of ambiguity.
Strong verbal communication, presentation skills, and a proven record of building business relationships.
Experience with self-directed brokerage, investment account opening, or wealth management digital platforms (preferred).
Track record of implementing AI-augmented workflows, knowledge management systems, or rapid prototyping practices (preferred).
