You will solve the problem of fragmented AI solutions by creating a cohesive, orchestrated workspace for daily advisor workflows.

What you'll do

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success measures for the Cyan AI workspace.
  • Define advisor journeys, user experience requirements, and product capabilities to improve productivity.
  • Partner with domain teams to onboard and integrate new AI capabilities into the platform.
  • Lead roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, dependency management, and release readiness activities.
  • Synthesize advisor feedback, usage analytics, and pilot results to inform product decisions.
  • Influence platform capabilities to improve performance, reliability, scalability, and adoption.
  • Define and optimize metrics for adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and business value.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders for successful delivery.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience supporting customer-facing products, digital experiences, or enterprise applications.
  • Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption metrics.
  • Experience translating customer and business needs into product priorities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.
  • Experience with AI copilots, conversational experiences, AI agents, or workplace productivity tools (preferred).
  • Experience in wealth management, financial planning, financial services, or advisor technology (preferred).
  • Experience working with platform products and shared enterprise capabilities (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, governance, and responsible AI practices (preferred).
