TPO ERP Master Data Manager

What you'll do

• Establish and manage global data standards and governance processes for ERP master data across various business units.
• Develop technology roadmaps to ensure efficient delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data migration requirements.
• Oversee the design, validation, and implementation of data integration solutions within the digital ecosystem.
• Lead a cross-functional team of experts through project design, execution, and deployment phases for global initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end data migration process including technical testing, data loads, and defect management.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical epics and stories while managing product backlogs.
• Ensure all data solutions comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements like SOX and GxP.
• Partner with senior leadership to align technology capabilities with supply chain business goals and priorities.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes including OTC, Make, Distribution, and Finance is required.
• Strong knowledge of ERP functionality, data design, data migration, and compliance deliverables across all program phases is required.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Technical Epics/Stories and manage the control backlog is required.
• Experience with Scaled Agile methodology and a strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Management documentation are required.
• Good knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance processes is required.
• Experience in working in a global, cross-functional capacity is required.
