Key responsibilities include overseeing cloud migration, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while managing budgets and supplier capacity. The role requires expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA, Order-to-Cash capabilities, and large-scale ERP transformations within regulated environments to solve complex supply chain and manufacturing challenges through scalable, secure, and automated technology solutions.

What you'll do

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the Global Vision Deliver product and Surgical Vision ERP platform.
  • Lead demand intake, discovery, prioritization, estimation, and portfolio planning with business owners and engineering leaders.
  • Manage a clear backlog of product features, technical enablers, compliance work, and technical debt.
  • Guide projects from initial solution definition through design, build, testing, deployment, and benefit realization.
  • Serve as the technology owner for the Surgical Vision ERP platform to manage lifecycle plans, security remediation, and infrastructure stability.
  • Manage budget tracking, financial forecasts, resource capacity, and supplier alignment for the Deliver portfolio.
  • Coordinate release calendars, change control, and production deployments across multiple SAP functional and technical teams.
  • Coach product owners and team members in Agile delivery, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree required in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8 or more years of experience in ERP or supply chain technology, including hands-on leadership with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience guiding full-lifecycle ERP implementations or major global deployments from design through hypercare.
  • Experience leading technology, product, or delivery teams in a global, matrixed environment using Agile practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash and Deliver capabilities including sales order management, pricing, and logistics execution.
  • Understanding of cross-functional ERP processes across Finance, Materials Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and other systems.
  • Experience with technical capabilities such as ABAP, Basis, security, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and application support.
  • Experience with lifecycle management, change/release governance, configuration management, CMDB, cybersecurity, and platform reliability.
  • Experience managing budgets, estimates, resource capacity, supplier relations, and financial forecasting.
  • Experience in medical device, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SOX, GxP, computer system validation, or other regulated industry requirements (preferred).
