What you'll do

Design and develop high-quality production code for secure, stable, and scalable software solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems by developing non-conventional solutions beyond routine approaches.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and document code while ensuring security standards.
Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring all design constraints are met.
Analyze large, diverse datasets to create visualizations and reports that drive continuous system improvements.
Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and overall system architecture.
Manage the full software development lifecycle including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance troubleshooting.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficiency in coding with Java (Spring Boot, RESTful APIs) and skills in debugging using modern programming and database querying languages.
Knowledge of Python.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (JDBC, JPA/Hibernate) and messaging technologies like Kafka and AWS SQS.
Familiarity with AWS services and deploying/operating applications in cloud environments.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and accuracy of outputs.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
