What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable, business-critical applications.

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance to onsite and offshore distributed teams.

What we're looking for

Eight or more years of experience in full-stack application development with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
Strong experience developing user interfaces using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience with unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to analyze business requirements and collaborate with onsite and offshore teams in an Agile or Scrum environment.
Experience implementing AI chatbots or Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions (preferred).
Exposure to generative AI technologies and Large Language Model integrations (preferred).
Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, or mentoring distributed teams (preferred).
