What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable, business-critical applications.
Perform hands-on coding, debugging, unit testing, and application performance optimization.
Translate business requirements into secure and maintainable technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code practices across the development lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and resolve development challenges for onsite and offshore teams.
Manage continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using Git.

What we're looking for

Eight or more years of experience in full-stack application development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and enterprise application development.
Strong experience developing user interfaces using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience with unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to analyze business requirements and collaborate with onsite and offshore teams in an Agile or Scrum environment.
Experience implementing AI chatbots or Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions (preferred).
Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, or Kubernetes (preferred).
