What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for business-critical applications.
Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, and code reviews.
Optimize application performance and ensure high code quality.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Implement AI chatbot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or Generative AI solutions.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices using Git.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Strong hands-on experience building full-stack solutions using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Experience implementing AI chatbot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or Generative AI solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with distributed teams.
Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, or mentoring technical discussions (preferred).
