What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support business-critical functions.
Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Tune application performance and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain system stability.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
Implement AI Chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Provide technical guidance and mentor developers to support successful Agile project delivery.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in full-stack application development with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
Proven experience developing enterprise-scale applications using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience implementing AI Chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with the ability to independently analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
Experience building Generative AI-enabled applications in enterprise environments (preferred).
