What you'll do

Lead the deployment of ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM capabilities for DHS customers.
Manage a team of developers and testers to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and budget.
Gather requirements and design technical solutions for service delivery and infrastructure management.
Integrate Change, Service Asset & Configuration, and Release Management processes to achieve defined outcomes.
Develop ITSM tool training materials and provide instruction to end users.
Provide weekly and monthly performance metrics to meet customer reporting requirements.
Offer technical guidance and leadership to less experienced staff members.
Create an implementation roadmap that includes tool deployment, procedures, and training documentation.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5 to 10 years of related experience including supervisory experience.
ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
ServiceNow Technical Certification.
Demonstrated knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, NIST, and ATO integrated requirements.
Proficiency in ITSM process automation and automated performance metric generation (preferred).
Familiarity with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITBM, Sec, and SAM (preferred).
