IT Network Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage L3 support incidents, problems, and requests for data networks including WAN, LAN, and wireless systems.
• Act as the primary technical focal point for regional LAN, network security, and Aruba wireless infrastructure.
• Provide architectural and technical consulting to systems analysts, IT engineers, and other internal stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce network technology standards policies and documentation for the North American region.
• Create and execute test plans to monitor and report on IT infrastructure and systems performance.
• Research emerging network technologies to improve cost effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility.
• Manage IT infrastructure capacity planning in coordination with the Network Product Manager.
• Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end integrated IT systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant networking experience in an industrial environment.
• Cisco CCNP or equivalent networking certification.
• CCIE or equivalent networking certification (preferred).
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Expertise in LAN, WAN, WiFi, and network security products including proxies, firewalls, IDS, and IPS.
• Experience with Routing (BGP/OSPF), MPLS, VXLAN, switching, Dot1x/NAC, and F5 Loadbalancer (preferred).
• Work authorization will be considered.
