What you'll do

Monitor IT systems, networks, servers, and applications 24/7 to proactively identify performance issues.
Respond to alerts from monitoring tools by diagnosing problems and implementing technical solutions.
Document and track incidents including troubleshooting steps and final resolutions in a clear manner.
Escalate critical incidents to higher-level support teams with detailed information and recommendations.
Develop and maintain monitoring procedures by adjusting thresholds and settings for better accuracy.
Create and update IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Analyze trends in system alerts to identify patterns and prevent recurring issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to optimize system performance and prevent potential problems.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must have at least 1 year of related experience in IT monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting.
Must possess a CompTIA Security+ certification.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, SCOM, or similar systems.
Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or other ITIL tools.
US Citizenship.
