The IT Business Analyst joins the team to support products within the value stream by translating business needs into clear requirements and aligning solution priorities with Product Managers. You will serve as a liaison between departments, vendors, and technical teams to clarify expectations, validate deliverables, and maintain quality. Daily tasks include leading requirements gathering through workshops and workflow analysis to produce functional specs, use cases, and testing artifacts. You will oversee code quality, security, and performance while managing incidents with third-party vendors. Required skills include experience with Mainframe systems, Big Data platforms, Snowflake, AWS Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, Java, Machine Learning tools, Salesforce, and Agentforce. You must navigate Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA to solve complex enterprise-level problems and optimize operational objectives.

What you'll do

Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and functional requirements.
Lead requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
Partner with internal and outsourced development teams to validate deliverables and ensure timely execution.
Oversee code quality, security, and performance through regular reviews and automation.
Manage incidents and production support by interpreting technical issues and reviewing logs with third-party vendors.
Produce business requirements, use cases, interface designs, and testing artifacts.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to support organizational goals.
Manage work through JIRA in an Agile/Scrum environment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of overall IS/IT experience.
5+ years of experience working in an application development environment.
5+ years of experience working with third-party vendors.
Hands-on experience with Mainframe, Big Data, Snowflake, AWS Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, Java, and Machine Learning tools.
Strong experience with Salesforce and Agentforce.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and manage work through JIRA.
Authorized to work in the United States and will be.
