IT Business Analyst, Mid

What you'll do

• Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and well-defined requirements.
• Support IT modernization and transformation initiatives using Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and provide regular status updates to clients.
• Assess business implications and risks at each phase of the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between technical and functional team members in Agile environments.
• Drive clarity and maintain project momentum through data-grounded decision making.
• Navigate stakeholder conflicts to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis supporting IT modernization or transformation efforts.
• 3+ years of experience supporting process modernization using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, or Dynamics 365.
• 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment with technical and functional team members.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to navigate conflict among stakeholders and lead requirements gathering and status update meetings with clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Cloud Platforms, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred); Master's degree (preferred).
