JOB TITLE: IoT Engineer The IoT Engineer joins the Industry+ practice to develop connected, context-aware, and adaptive systems for diverse sectors including smart products, remote operations, mobility, and sustainability. You will work on Level 3 production support to solve complex technical issues while testing new emerging technologies for functionality, scale, and performance. Key responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders to develop use cases, diagrams, and solution requirements involving integration, security, and system configurations. You must possess basic programming experience in C/C++/C#/Java/Python, familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming, and exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, Google, or AWS. Required skills include SQL, MySQL, data structures, operating system concepts, design patterns, and mathematical concepts. You should also have experience with Vibe Coding and AI tools like CoPilot, Claude, and Codex.

What you'll do

  • Solve medium to complex technical issues for IoT specific applications in Level 3 production support.
  • Test IoT solutions for functionality, scale, and performance using emerging technologies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand IoT needs and develop use cases and diagrams.
  • Generate processes and develop overall solution requirements including application definition and security.
  • Develop algorithms and utilize knowledge of data structures and operating system concepts.
  • Program using languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, or Python.
  • Manage IoT integrations and system configurations across cloud platforms like Azure, Google, or AWS.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic programming experience using C/C++/C#/Java/Python and familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Exposure to IoT/cloud platforms (Azure, Google, AWS, etc.) and relational databases such as SQL and MySQL.
  • Exposure to Vibe Coding and usage of AI tools like CoPilot, Claude, and Codex.
  • Ability to work on IoT specific applications in Level 3 production support solving medium to complex technical issues.
  • Ability to partner with business stakeholders to develop use cases, diagrams, processes, and solution requirements.
  • Work Authorization.
