What you'll do

Develop performant, multi-threaded Swift code to manage media pipelines and on-device storage.
Ensure the correctness of cloud state reconciliation and high-throughput data processing.
Translate complex technical trade-offs into clear decisions for both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams through project scoping and coordination to deliver polished features.
Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar through architectural leadership.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience shipping production code on iOS and/or macOS platforms.
Advanced Swift proficiency demonstrated through shipped frameworks, performance-critical systems, or large codebases.
Deep expertise in cloud syncing architectures and media management technologies for consumer or professional products.
Proven technical lead experience including scoping, cross-team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Strong command of concurrency patterns and multi-threaded programming with a focus on correctness and throughput.
Solid computer science foundations in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design at production scale.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience.
Experience with CloudKit, AVFoundation/AVKit, and relational data layers (preferred).
