As an iOS Engineer: Cloud Media and Collaboration, you will join a founding team to architect end-to-end cloud syncing and media management systems for creative work across iOS and macOS platforms. What you'll do

Manage the performance and correctness of complex data synchronization between local devices and the cloud.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear decisions to influence product direction with non-technical partners.
Lead cross-functional teams through the development lifecycle from initial design to polished feature delivery.
Mentor other engineers and raise technical standards for the engineering organization.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience shipping production code on iOS and/or macOS platforms.
Advanced Swift proficiency demonstrated through shipped frameworks, performance-critical systems, or large codebases.
Deep expertise in cloud syncing architectures and media management technologies for consumer or professional products.
Proven technical lead experience including scoping, cross-team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Strong command of concurrency patterns and multi-threaded programming with measurable outcomes in correctness and throughput.
Solid computer science foundations in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design at production scale.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience.
Experience with CloudKit, AVFoundation/AVKit, developer-facing APIs, or relational data layers (preferred).
