What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success in preferred majors like MIS, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication through active listening.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to apply creative and logical approaches to identify solutions based on client needs (preferred).
Foundational quantitative analysis skills, programming knowledge, or experience with enterprise software like SAP/Oracle (preferred).
