What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Currently pursuing a university degree with academic success in Computer Science, MIS/IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related fields (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing workloads in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication through active listening.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to apply a creative and logical approach to identify solutions for client needs (preferred).
  • Foundational quantitative analysis skills, programming exposure, and knowledge of cloud or AI concepts (preferred).
