Intern Oracle Cloud - 2027 is a role within the Oracle Cloud Practice where you will gain hands-on experience in enterprise cloud applications and business transformation initiatives. You will work on client projects involving market dynamics research, designing models for operational excellence, and conducting stakeholder engagement to document requirements. Your daily work includes shadowing product teams, performing data analytics assessments, and participating in cloud migrations and system implementations across major platforms. The role requires skills in documentation, quantitative analysis, and collaborative problem-solving within an agile environment. Preferred qualifications include a university degree in fields like Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management, along with experience in ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX processes. Technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud is a plus, as is familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, XML, and SQL to solve complex business problems.
Conduct primary research to help clients navigate market trends and refine competitive strategies.
Design models to improve operational processes and create a seamless experience for clients.
Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to capture and document essential client requirements.
Shadow product teams to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-wide data integrations.
Perform data analytics assessments to support cloud migration and system implementations.
Develop data-driven recommendations based on quantitative analysis of client needs.
Utilize business knowledge to identify creative solutions for complex client challenges.
What we're looking for
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate's Degree or College Diploma (preferred).
Currently pursuing a university degree with academic success in preferred majors like Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources (preferred).
Experience with client-facing internships, consulting clubs, process orientation, and documentation skills.
Experience with enterprise software, business processes, Oracle Cloud, or other packaged applications (preferred).
Relevant coursework, capstones, or experience in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Customer Experience.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in an agile environment.
Foundational quantitative analysis skills and exposure to programming technologies like JavaScript, HTML, XML, or SQL (preferred).
