The Intelligence Senior Analyst joins the Open Source Intelligence program within the Citi Security and Investigative Services team. This intermediate-level position requires a seasoned professional to lead open source analysis for complex investigations involving fraud, cyber, insider, and other security threats. The analyst will collect data from social media, the deep web, and the dark web to support intelligence questions. Key responsibilities include applying qualitative and quantitative analytical methodologies, such as link analysis and digital footprint analysis, to produce actionable intelligence. The role involves developing new techniques, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-quality written products and oral briefings. Required skills include expertise in commercial databases, visualization software, and Microsoft Office products, alongside a proven record in information gathering and monitoring across various geographical locations.
Lead open source analysis for investigations involving fraud, cyber, insider, and other security threats.

What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years’ experience relating to open source intelligence analysis for investigations, threat monitoring, or intelligence targeting.
Minimum bachelor’s degree or university degree.
Demonstrable ability to collect, evaluate, interpret, and analyze data using advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical methodologies.
Proven record of information gathering and monitoring across surface, deep, dark web, and social media platforms.
Established project management skills to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with globally dispersed teams.
Experience in utilizing analytical and visualization software applications, specifically link analysis tools.
Expertise in Microsoft Office products and demonstrable creativity in using them to solve analytical problems.
Previous analytical experience within corporate investigations, the intelligence community, or law enforcement (preferred).
Certifications from EC-Council, ACFE, SANS Institute, IntelTechniques, or graduate certification(s) in relevant technical or specialty areas (preferred).
Fluent English language skills (written and oral) required.
