What you'll do

Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the development of the Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS).
Manage technical, schedule, and cost aspects of the systems development lifecycle.
Ensure product quality and strict adherence to contract compliance requirements.
Assist in reporting and Estimate at Completion (EAC) development.
Utilize requirements management and system modeling tools to guide engineering efforts.
Apply technical standards and methodologies to develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
Negotiate with customers to meet challenging requirements with win-win outcomes.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience leading the systems development life cycle with proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to meet customer requirements.
EVMS Experience/Certification (preferred).
SP23 and GDMS Process Expertise, Testing Development, and SWIS System Knowledge (preferred).
