Infrastructure Specialist III

What you'll do

• Manage the operation of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, servers, and virtualization platforms under ITSM best practices.
• Monitor system capacity, performance, patching, backups, and disaster recovery tests while maintaining technical documentation.
• Enforce corporate security policies, access controls, and configuration standards to reduce technical risk.
• Plan and deliver infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, site builds, and cloud transitions.
• Coordinate internal resources and managed service providers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and escalate issues as necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for local business stakeholders and global IT teams.
• Provide on-call and off-hours support during critical events and across different time zones.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of IT infrastructure/operations experience.
• 1+ years in team or vendor leadership roles (preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Windows/Linux, asset management, backups, and DR.
• Experience managing incidents, problems, and changes using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware including servers, routers, switches, hubs, modems, and network interface cards.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), zero trust, SD-WAN, enterprise Wi-Fi, and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM).
• Knowledge of regulated environments such as manufacturing or medical devices and associated compliance requirements.
