Senior Infrastructure Engineer, RACF/Mainframe

What you'll do

• Manage mainframe security administration including ACF2/RACF policy updates and certificate management.
• Execute semi-annual mainframe software maintenance including SMP/E applications, product upgrades, and fixes.
• Support network stack components such as OSAs, TCP/IP, VTAM, and OpenSSH to maintain connectivity.
• Monitor and optimize communication routes, ports, encryption ciphers, and AT-TLS policies.
• Design, build, and maintain technical solutions that align with business strategies and objectives.
• Develop software components and hardware for complex infrastructure projects.
• Ensure all deliverables are secure, scalable, and reliable through rigorous estimation and correction.
• Resolve complex technical issues by applying industry best practices and engineering standards.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree is required or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience in mainframe security administration including ACF2/RACF policy updates and certificate management is required.
• Experience performing mainframe software maintenance using SMP/E for upgrades and fixes is required.
• Experience supporting network stack components such as OSAs, TCP/IP, VTAM, OpenSSH, and Unix System Services is required.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot communication routes, ports, encryption ciphers, and AT-TLS policies is required.
• Proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure technology solutions is required.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and enterprise architecture standards is preferred.
