Infrastructure Architect Executive

What you'll do

• Design and define reference infrastructure architectures and components for the enterprise.
• Secure funding and drive the implementation of new technologies based on business value.
• Develop and maintain the Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID architecture roadmaps.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient identity solutions including hybrid and cloud adoption.
• Define infrastructure standards, governance models, and operational frameworks for IT systems.
• Lead identity integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions and ensure enterprise standards are enforced.
• Develop PowerShell automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead major incident response and root cause analysis for identity-related services.

What we're looking for

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture/design in relevant technology disciplines.
• Requires expertise in Active Directory forest/domain architecture, GPOs, LDAP, PKI, and Kerberos authentication.
• Requires expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, including Connect, Cloud Sync, PIM, and Conditional Access policies.
• Requires experience designing scalable, secure, and resilient identity solutions and Zero Trust architectures.
• Requires ability to develop PowerShell automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Requires experience supporting compliance initiatives such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI, and GDPR.
• Requires ability to communicate with stakeholders and deliver executive-level presentations.
