Cyber Security Principal

What you'll do

• Define and enforce security baselines and configuration standards for AD DS, OUD LDAP, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Lead security engineering for domain controllers, schema governance, trust relationships, and authentication protocols.
• Architect and tune Oracle Unified Directory deployments, including replication topologies and access control instructions.
• Design and govern Entra ID tenant configurations, Conditional Access policies, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Architect and validate comprehensive forest recovery and disaster recovery runbooks for AD and OUD.
• Provide SME guidance on identity security architecture and establish security posture KPIs for leadership.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and Ansible playbooks for automated provisioning and security baseline enforcement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal training in computer science or information systems.
• Experience in IT information security.
• Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) including multi-forest topologies, trusts, Kerberos, and DNS.
• Advanced design, administration, and performance tuning of Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) LDAP services.
• Comprehensive expertise in Microsoft Entra ID architecture, including Conditional Access, Entra Connect, and PIM.
• Experience with security and risk frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and Ansible playbook development (preferred).
• Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms or Identity Providers like Okta (preferred).
