Information Technology Manager, Mission Environments

What you'll do

• Manage a team of four personnel including timecard management and direct charge compliance.
• Maintain and improve the System Security Plan in alignment with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC standards.
• Track and remediate Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) items to ensure readiness for assessments.
• Oversee CUI handling, marking, and destruction procedures across all IT systems and cloud environments.
• Lead Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities including authorization, monitoring, and producing Security Assessment Reports.
• Manage endpoint security, patch management, and vulnerability remediation for classified and unclassified networks.
• Administer network segmentation and identity and access management policies to enforce boundary protections.
• Serve as the primary IT compliance liaison to government agencies and internal corporate leadership.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must possess a Department of Defense Secret clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
• A Master's degree with 6 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining secure IT systems in regulated defense environments is required.
• Expertise in CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, RMF, and CUI handling requirements is required.
• Ability to manage personnel, timecards, and vendor coordination for enclave management is required.
• Experience with system administration, endpoint security, patch management, and identity and access management (IAM) is required.
• Ability to serve as a primary IT compliance liaison to government agencies and internal stakeholders is required.
