The Industry Principal joins the SHI Agentic team as a senior practitioner to lead commercial strategy and customer engagements across the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance verticals. This role serves as the executive voice for the organization, where the individual identifies industry-specific pain points, leads executive discovery sessions, scopes and prices engagements, and manages the end-to-end deal cycle from qualification to contract closure. The position involves building trusted relationships with C-suite executives and transitioning initial projects into recurring managed services contracts. Key responsibilities include developing repeatable commercial templates and collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers for solution delivery. Candidates must possess deep industry expertise, executive presence, and technical business literacy regarding systems integration and data flows. Required competencies include consultative sales, project leadership, and experience delivering AI or agentic solutions while completing Palantir platform immersion and certification.
Serve as the primary executive voice and subject matter expert for specific industry verticals like Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Identify and articulate industry-specific pain points and buyer personas to guide solution positioning.
Lead executive discovery sessions to scope engagements, develop pricing models, and secure customer commitments.
Own the end-to-end deal cycle from initial qualification through contract execution.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives to transition initial engagements into recurring managed services contracts.
Partner with engineers to oversee solution delivery while maintaining full commercial ownership of the engagement.
Develop and codify repeatable commercial templates, playbooks, and best practices for scalable growth across your vertical.
Complete Palantir platform immersion and certification requirements within the first 90 days.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree required; Master's or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance verticals is required.
Demonstrated experience building or delivering AI/agentic solutions.
Expert consultative sales skills and ability to engage C-suite executives throughout the entire deal cycle.
Expertise in technical business literacy including systems integration, data flows, and solution architectures.
Expert knowledge of data privacy and governance requirements for handling sensitive information.
Commitment to completing Palantir platform immersion and Ontologize Certification within 90 days.
Willingness to travel between 20% and 40% depending on active engagements.
