8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or complex manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Python.
Experience in capacity planning, scheduling, and productivity analysis.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams on site in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Implementing automated material handling systems preferred.
Familiarity with MES systems, factory automation, simulation or optimization tools.
