What you'll do

  • Identify and implement automation solutions to boost productivity and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and implementation plans for automation projects.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering required.
  • Five years of experience leading process improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
  • Five years of experience with automation technologies and equipment commissioning.
  • Expertise in Lean manufacturing, root cause problem solving, and variability reduction.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing improvements.
  • Knowledge of MES, ERP, SCADA systems, and digital manufacturing tools.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
