What you'll do

Lead the design and setup of production lines and factories, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design efficient facility layouts using CAD and simulation tools to optimize resource allocation and material flow.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks by driving process improvements across disciplines and stakeholders.
Mentor and train junior team members while fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
At least 8 years of experience in industrial engineering or similar role.
Proven ability to scale production in resource-limited environments.
Demonstrated success in measurably improving production metrics like cost and throughput.
Deep understanding of manufacturing systems, processes, and organizations for scalable production.
Proficiency in Industrial Engineering tools including CAD (2D & 3D), Excel, Minitab.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
