What you'll do

Lead the industrial engineering team in setting goals and optimizing manufacturing operations.
Develop strategic concepts for new Anduril manufacturing facilities and production lines.
Guide design of production lines and work station layouts, focusing on data-driven approaches.
Set objectives for continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost reduction and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, ergonomic, regulatory, and quality standards.
Produce capacity plans, balanced line layouts, CapEx plans, staffing allocations, and time standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, including managerial roles
Proven leadership in developing and scaling manufacturing lines and facilities
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving in ambiguous environments
Experience driving production scaling efforts in manufacturing settings
U.S. citizenship required due to security clearance needs
