Industrial & Automotive Manufacturing Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end project workstreams including scope, planning, risk management, and delivery outcomes for manufacturing initiatives.
• Design and implement large-scale material flow solutions and automated mobile robot (AMR) systems in industrial environments.
• Lead and coordinate diverse global teams by providing daily direction, coaching, and quality oversight.
• Develop technical solutions using AI, IoT, automation, and predictive analytics to optimize multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with client leadership through structured problem solving and clear communication.
• Create manufacturing-focused thought leadership, including client-ready materials and case studies for production transformation.
• Execute business process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma transformations, and asset reliability management for industrial clients.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing engineering and material flow within automotive and industrial sectors.
• Experience leading large-scale design and implementation of material delivery routes and simulations.
• Expertise in deploying automated mobile robots (AMRs) including vendor management, risk assessment, and technology integration.
• Ability to manage end-to-end projects including scope, planning, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Capability to lead and coordinate diverse, global teams with coaching and quality oversight.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with manager, director, and senior director level clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years of work experience).
• An industrial or engineering degree is preferred.
