  • Lead projects to deliver operational improvements as Datadog evolves.
  • Create and review documentation for incident and escalation training.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as an Incident Manager, with escalation handling preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT work experience.
  • Proficiency in Cloud computing and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or shell.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage customer issues from start to finish.
  • Experience in real-time monitoring, communication management during incidents.
  • Demonstrated success in driving projects through completion in fast-paced environments.
