IM Transcend, Technology Deployment Leader serves as a key member of the IM Transcend JJT Leadership team, a multi-year global business transformation initiative. This role focuses on modernizing end-to-end supply chain digital capabilities by harmonizing a disparate ERP ecosystem into a single SAP S/4 HANA instance to improve efficiency and remediate end-of-life system risks. The individual will establish deployment roadmaps, manage product backlogs, coordinate technical testing, and ensure compliance with SDLC documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include balancing business value with technical feasibility, resolving cross-team dependencies, and partnering with senior leaders to align requirements with digital capabilities. The role requires extensive expertise in the SAP S/4 family of products, supply chain processes, and pharmaceutical industry standards. Essential skills include requirement translation into product vision, demand intake management, and experience in large-scale global deployments within a complex manufacturing environment.
Establish deployment roadmaps to ensure efficient delivery of business and customer value for assigned products.
Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features and optimizing costs.
Refine product backlogs by adding technical features, epics, and managing cross-team dependencies.
Lead the integrated build process to ensure end-to-end solution compliance and functionality.
Oversee technical testing strategies including automation, regression, and load testing.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in coordination with business workstream leads.
Ensure all system configurations and SDLC documentation meet strict pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
Measure capabilities against demand volume and complexity to drive continuous improvement within value streams.
What we're looking for
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
Must have at least 15 years of experience.
Must have knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, functions, and supporting industry principles in SAP ERP and the Pharma Industry.
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision through expertise in product development, engineering, operations, and UX is required.
Must have deep understanding and experience in high quality product delivery, including planning, dependency management, and delivery execution and governance.
Deep understanding of business needs, including knowledge of business processes, relevant value drivers, and industry trends is required.
Demonstrable experience in leading a product backlog/release plan, supervising team level metrics, leading product team ceremonies, and removing blockers is required.
