Transcend-Program Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of Signavio, including configuration, integrations, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Own production stability by managing incidents, performing root cause analysis, and tracking SLAs.
• Partner with IT and business teams to design governance, roles, and lifecycle processes for documentation.
• Configure platform settings, libraries, templates, process repositories, and user access controls.
• Design and implement integrations with core systems like ERP, identity, and reporting tools via APIs.
• Develop and deliver training programs, playbooks, and user enablement materials to drive adoption.
• Manage the vendor relationship with Signavio, including roadmap alignment, licensing, and periodic reviews.
• Supervise and coach direct reports and contractors supporting deployments and application support.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent degree is required.
• Bachelor’s or University degree is strongly preferred (preferred).
• 8 years of relevant work experience is required.
• 5 years of experience leading SaaS deployment or support programs is required.
• Demonstrable experience with Signavio or similar process management platforms is required.
• Strong technical understanding of integrations, identity and access controls, and enterprise application architecture is required.
• Experience with IT service management and support practices is required.
• Certifications in BPM, ITIL, PMP/Prince2, or Agile/Scrum are preferred (preferred).
