The IFS Cloud Solution Architect Senior Manager/Associate Director joins the Supply Chain & Engineering team within the Intelligent Asset Management capability. In this role, you will serve as the technical and functional authority for IFS Cloud engagements, overseeing the entire lifecycle from pursuit through delivery. You will lead solution blueprinting, conduct business workshops to define processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, Human Capital Management, and Enterprise Asset & Service Management. Responsibilities include defining integration architectures, managing project delivery teams, and developing thought capital on enterprise transformation trends. You will utilize IFS Cloud, Power BI, Crystal Reports, and other data warehouse tools to solve complex operational risks and improve profitability for industrial, manufacturing, and automotive clients. The role requires expertise in asset life-cycle functions, including work management, field service, and reliability strategies.
Act as the technical and functional authority for end-to-end IFS Cloud solutions from pursuit through delivery.
Translate client business processes into scalable architectures involving configuration, extensions, and integrations.
Conduct workshops to define "as-is" and "to-be" processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Asset Management.
Create and review functional and technical design documents for the IFS Cloud solution landscape.
Define integration architectures between IFS Cloud and other enterprise systems like PLM, MES, or CRM.
Lead a team of professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery and meet performance metrics.
Develop "Points of View" and thought capital regarding emerging trends in enterprise transformation.
Support business development by shaping solutions, estimating work efforts, and responding to client inquiries.
What we're looking for
Must have 8 years of experience in technical advisory or consulting roles documenting designs and configuring IFS solutions across at least three functional areas.
Must have completed at least one full IFS Cloud implementation with hands-on solution design across multiple functional pillars.
Must have at least 3 years of experience demonstrating cross-pillar IFS expertise, including integration patterns, extensibility, and data models.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles involving client-facing solution shaping and business development support.
Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate degree with 15+ years of equivalent work experience (or 12 years for a Bachelor's).
Experience leading upgrade/migration programs with data migration and cut-over in large IFS projects (preferred).
Experience with reporting or BI tools like Power BI or Crystal Reports integrated with IFS (preferred).
Knowledge of industry standards such as OSHA, NFPA, ASME, or API is preferred.
